The Happy Wagon

The Happy Wagon is up at the front of the 8th Street Market in the little food court, called the South Market. They sell outstanding frozen custard, Italian ice and there's no place like it. You have got to try it! They have about eight flavors that you can mix and match. For example if you think Strawberry and Lemonade sounds good now, wait until you try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how your expectations will get blown. Maybe you don't want the custard, that ok, they sell it without it too. Definitely try it with the custard though.
